Hello!  

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate, providing mental health services to adults and children in Washington. 

I am a transracial adoptee who grew up on the East Coast and have made the Pacific Northwest my home. Before graduate school, I lived in South Korea where I taught kindergarten and enjoyed eating all of the delicious asian cuisine.  In my free time, I find grounding through painting with acrylics, meditating in the sunshine, hiking in the North Cascades, and making pottery on rainy days. 

Past experience and credentials

I received my MA from the University of Washington.  During that time, I worked as a therapist in a community mental health clinic, counseling children and young adults under the clinic’s supervision.
