Ecotherapy

Ecotherapy, commonly known as nature-based therapy, is a gentle and experiential approach that supports healing through connection with the natural world.

By intentionally engaging with nature, this work is deeply supportive to our emotional, mental, and physical well-being, and supports anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, trauma, attention challenges, and relationship difficulties.

Sessions can be active or quiet, depending on your needs, and may include walking, mindful awareness, breathwork and movement, or simply spending time outdoors during session.

Ecotherapy is adaptable for children, teens, adults, and families, and can be modified to meet different abilities and comfort levels.

I offer ecotherapy sessions in local parks, most notably in Officers Row, Vancouver, where my office is located.
