MY APPROACH
Therapy is a personal and transformative journey. The counseling office is your space to share what’s on your mind and heart. Whether you’re navigating relationship challenges, have anxiety about the future, or are carrying emotional wounds that make it hard to live the life you envision, you are welcome here.
The work I do is holistic, and I actively engage with you to create experiences of emotional and somatic healing, deepening your connection to your body's wisdom. My approach is guided by a commitment to social justice and supported by trauma-informed, and emotion-focused perspectives. I work with individuals navigating attachment-based challenges, including patterns shaped by early relationships and relational trauma. I use aspects of attachment theory and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help clients understand and heal their inner world with compassion. Together, we focus on building safety, emotional connection, and more secure ways of relating to self and others.
